The Windsor Inn is a luxurious European-style hotel conveniently located, on 16th Street, between DuPont Circle and Adams Morgan. It was originally built in 1913 as a six unit luxury apartment house. However, in the late 1920’s, it was converted into a thirty-room tourist hotel. In 1986, it was re-open with additional nine room annex.
